2. Orders and Payment

2.2. We currently accept and fulfill orders for delivery within Canada only.

2.3. Product prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.

2.4. You are responsible for reviewing your order details (including Product selection, price, and shipping address) before completing checkout. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified and is subject to acceptance by Ritu Parfum.

2.6. Payments must be made in full before order fulfillment. We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, ShopPay, Google Pay). Ritu Parfum will not fulfill orders until payment is received and confirmed.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Shipping costs are not included in the Product price and will be calculated at checkout.

3.2. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Estimated times provided are not guaranteed.

3.3. Ritu Parfum is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

3.4. Delivery is deemed complete once the carrier marks the order as delivered to the address you provided.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are only accepted for Products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

The Product must remain fully sealed and never opened

The request must be made within 14 days of the purchase date

Proof of purchase is required

Any Product that has been opened, used, unsealed, or tampered with will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

5. Fraud Prevention

5.1. Ritu Parfum may request additional information to verify your identity or order details if we suspect fraudulent activity.

5.2. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears to be fraudulent or placed in violation of these Terms.
