Refund policy

At Ritu Parfum, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we have established the following Returns & Exchanges Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges for products that meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The seal is intact and has not been broken
  • The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of the purchase date
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Any product that has been opened, used, unsealed, or tampered with is not eligible for return or exchange, without exception.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products returned after 14 days from the purchase date
  • Promotional or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at:

Include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Full name used on the order
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos of the product showing the unbroken seal (if requested)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Do not send products back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping fees (including original shipping charges) are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Ritu Parfum is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
5. Refunds
  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
  • If a returned product does not meet eligibility requirements, the refund will be denied and the product may be returned at your expense
6. Exchanges
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the requested exchange product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion
  • Exchanges follow the same eligibility conditions as returns, including sealed and unopened requirement
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Incorrect compared to your order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
  • If a package is refused or returned due to incorrect address, a restocking fee may apply
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded
9. Policy Changes

Ritu Parfum reserves the right to update or modify this Returns & Exchanges Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
